In 2007
Yau Lee granted ISO9001:2000 certification, provides stock and high tensile rebar and etc..  After that, Yau Lee was qualified as Quality Asuured Stockist by Civil Engineering and Development Department.

In 2008
Yau Lee begins to participate in soil nail projects, including high-tensile rebar , coupler, and related accessories.

In 2011
Acquired Chun Sing Ironwork Co. Ltd.
With extensive experiences in  soil nails, coupler, and rebar threading services, Chun Sing had been a stable supplier for Universal (Hot-Dip) Galvanising Ltd. and other renowned soil nails suppliers in Hong Kong, including one of the most well-known construction giant in Hong Kong, Gammon Construction Ltd.

In 2013
Merging completed between wholly-owned subsidiaries “Yau Sang Steel Company” and “Chun Sing Ironworks” and renamed as “Yau Lee Metals and Buildings Materials Co. Ltd.”. Yau Lee continues to supply metal products and rebar threading services, and was the first coupler manufacturer awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification.
